Section policy
The JPBS considers three sections for the publication of papers. These are described below:
Theoretical and empirical research. In this section, we publish scientific articles resulting from conceptual analysis, proposals of theoretical and/or mathematical models on human behavior, methodological developments, and empirical research with quantitative and qualitative approaches with strict adherence to scientific methodology.
Literature reviews. This section contains articles in which a thorough review of the literature on a particular topic is carried out. Preference will be given to those articles that follow Systematic Review methodologies, as well as Meta-Analysis.
Reflection and opinion. A section in which essays are presented; these papers are the product of a deep critical analysis in which the aim is to point out problems related to human behavior, as well as to suggest possible answers or solutions to them.
