Compromise and organizational climate: case study of the General Hospital of Rio Verde, S.L.P.

The present study aims to identify the relationship between organizational climate, measured in four dimensions (motivation, leadership, participation and reciprocity), and organizational commitment studied in three dimensions (affective, normative and continuity), as well as associating them with the sociodemographic characteristics of workers Rioverde General Hospital, S. L. P is a cross-sectional study on the type of descriptive and correlational research, in addition to focusing on quantitative research, statistical techniques were used Pearson's r, Spearman Rho, independent samples t single factor ANOVA. The sample was made up of 104 workers, implementing the self-administered survey instrument, which was divided into 48 variables of organizational climate and commitment 18, in addition to 9 sociodemographic characteristics. The results obtained as to the relationship between the dimensions of the organizational environment and engagement, there is evidence for accepting association. In relation to sociodemographic variables did not show any association.
