This document exposes aproximations of basic aptitudes to cover the Community Manager profile, who is in charge of administrating online presence of a brand or company, as well as regulating public relations across social networks, also known as E-WOM (electronic word of mouth – mouth to mouth advertising through electronic media). Are also mentioned some basic and essential functions on the operation of social media, just as some resources that go from the elaboration of a work Schedule and strategies as fire extinguishing for compensating misleading advertising by the Brand (fail marketing)References
